Accommodation can be booked during the registration process in the registration area, however, if you have already registered and now wish to book accommodation, you need to email the conference secretariat at this link with your booking request. Please note that the Double/Twin accommodation option at New Hall is now fully booked. Hotel bookings are not confirmed until paid in full.

All en suite bedrooms are decorated to a high standard & offer good working areas for study. Every room has tea/coffee making facilities & a telephone with fax/modem point. All bedrooms are serviced daily during your stay, except Sunday. A full, English breakfast, included in the room cost, is served in the main Dining Hall between 08:00-09:00.
There is a Guest Booklet in each room giving maps of the College, local area & other useful information. Telephone cards may be purchased from the Porters’ Lodge.
All resident delegates should go to the Porters’ Lodge on arrival, where they will be issued with a room key, swipe card & directions to their room.
Rooms May be checked into after 12 Noon.
Rooms should be vacated by 9:00am on your day of departure.
